FAQs
Rent With Confidence
At The Store House, we value transparency and strive to cultivate a positive experience for our customers in the Waite Park area and beyond. To ensure you have the best renting experience possible, we’ve answered a few of our renters’ most common questions.
When is Rent Due?
Rent is due on the first day of each month. Rentals are offered on a month to month basis. To maintain access to storage unit, rent must stay current. We require at least two weeks’ notice prior to move out.
Is There a Damage Deposit?
We ask that renters pay a one-time damage deposit of $35.
Does the Unit Come with a Lock?
All our storage units come with a provided lock. This lock is to be turned back in upon completion of your rental.
What Are Your Hours?
Renters can access their storage units 24/7 thanks to our automated electronic gate system. Staff is on-site to assist customers Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and on Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM.
